Izstāde “Sieviete – Daba. Sieviete – Zieds.”
Šodien SIA “Preiļu slimnīca” Mākslas telpā tika atklāta gleznotājas Džeinas Gvares mākslas darbu izstāde “Sieviete – Daba. Sieviete – Zieds”.
Pati Džeina par sevi saka: „Esmu cilvēks, kuram ļoti patīk cilvēki. Man liekas, ka visa radīšana ir kaut kas līdzīgs ciemos iešanai. Un es nāku ar jums parunāt tādā dvēseles līmenī par visu to, ko ikdienā parasti nepārrunā. Radīšana nākamībai, atbildība pret tiem, pie kuriem eju ciemos, lai pateiktu kaut ko svarīgu, kaut ko pāri acīmredzamajam, kaut ko dziļāku un svētīgāku.”
Izstādi veido 15 spilgtas un ļoti rūpīgi izstrādātas gleznas. Katrai gleznai pievienots arī neliels stāsts, kas atklāj mākslinieces sajūtas un domas, kas radušās saistībā ar šo darbu. Ikviens no mākslas darbiem ļauj pietuvoties sievietes smalkajai dvēselei un ciešajai saiknei ar dabu – gan piedzimstot, gan iemīloties, gan pašai kļūstot par māti.
